Welcome to BLUNT FRINGE Salon
By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be made via phone, online booking system, or in person.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required to secure certain services.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Clients must provide accurate contact information when booking.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of your 50% non-refundable deposit.
No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Running Late
Please be mindful if you’re going to be late as we run a tight ship, and if you’re more than 5 minutes late, it throws our whole day out and other customers’ appointments.
If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.
If you are more than 5 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and apply a cancellation fee.
Payments & Pricing
We accept payments via [cash, card, contactless, etc.]
All prices are listed in GBP
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Additional charges may apply for long/thick hair or corrective services.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours and we will offer a complimentary adjustment where appropriate within one week of service if applicable.
Retail products may be returned within seven days if unused and in original packaging.
Health & Safety
Clients must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to or if you’re feeling under the weather prior to your scheduled service.
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colour service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a client has a contagious condition or if we believe a service may compromise hair integrity.
Children & Guests
Children must be supervised at all times.
For safety reasons, we may not allow additional guests in the salon due to space.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought into the salon.
Gift Cards & Vouchers
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.
Expiry dates apply where stated.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour.
Liability
While we take the utmost care in providing our services, BLUNT FRINGE Salon shall not be liable for:
Allergic reactions where patch testing was declined.
Damage resulting from undisclosed prior chemical treatments.
Pre-existing hair or scalp conditions.
Privacy Policy
We collect and store client information for appointment scheduling and service records only. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available in-salon and/or on our website.
What not to wear
Avoid hoodies, turtlenecks, fuzzy sweaters, or jewellery. Items that you don't want to risk getting colour or hair on.
Timing
Your appointment starts at the time you were booked in for, so please don’t be late or walking when the appointment should have started.
Parking
There is plenty of street parking.
